Scott Chilcutt has operating some of the most noted restaurants in the Bay Area, including Campton Place, Gary Danko and The Fifth Floor. He started working in restaurants in high school and has remained there ever since. While working as a waiter in college, he was bitten by the wine bug and began working as sommelier and subsequently a wine director. After stints as a General Manager in the Bay Area, Scott take a somewhat different path and went to work for Vine Solutions as a Financial and Operational Consultant where he helped some of the bay area’s best restaurants improve the bottom line, as well as service. It is the rare combination of operational experience and financial acumen that Scott brings to ML Restaurant Management. Together with Mourad Lahlou’s vision, the Management group is driven to develop great restaurants that deliver both memorable experiences in the dining room, as well as financial stability and strong results.
